Coordinators Duties

Definition - The voting area that you will be running for committeemen is called districts or precincts.

Coordinator qualifications - “none” other then a desire to save the republic and learn with others.

Golden Rule – You have no friends at the County Board of Elections or your existing party, therefore trust but verify.

Non Partisan – This is not a civil war it is a peaceful revolution “United We Stand. Divided We Shall Fall”!

Coordinators need not request a position but just take the positions that are open.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - All coordinators should come to our national on-line weekly meetings until you and/or others in your state group are capable of opening a paltalk room for your state and you can meet once a week. A state group should continue with a meeting once a week until all the counties in your state are on their own then you should have a state meeting perhaps once a month or whatever your county coordinators decide. When the county leader are capable of opening a paltalk room for their county they should do so and should meet once a week, this is our ultimate goal, it is at this point that we take control of our government. Obviously cities and highly populated areas should break up into smaller groups as they see fit.

THE TASK IS NOT SO DAUNTING AFTER ALL - As state coordinators seek out county coordinators it is advantageous to find out how many committeemen positions are needed to be filled to take control of a county, this will give the county organizer a reasonable understanding of their task at hand. For instance one county here in NY requires about 65 people to fill every committeemen position in either party and the tea party in that county that is getting involved in the process has enough people to take control of both parties of the entire county. More populated counties like mine require 249 people to fill every committeemen position in either party but the Tea party group in my county are much larger and my meetup group alone could fill half the positions in one party.

Important Facts -

(a) Only elected committeemen have a vote, there are places like NY where appointed committeemen are permitted to vote [but are not counted] but that is part of their deception to keep us from power by thinking we already have power

(b) You can run in any voting district/precinct in your State Assembly District, which in most cases divides your county into two or three pieces [assembly districts]. Therefore you don’t have to run in the town or district/precinct you reside in if we already have a constitutional committeemen running. This is an important rule to realize because a Liberty group which may have 60 to 100 or more members are scattered out enough throughout the county between the two or three assembly districts to be able to take control of the county, in other words we do not have to seek people living in each voting district/precinct, you can live in one town and run in another town.

(c) When voting for candidates our vote is equal to the number of constituents [registered members in your party] in your district/precinct. Therefore we should consider running in districts with more constituents [voting power].

(d) When voting for committeemen leaders each “elected” committeemen has one vote.

All state coordinators are to endeavor to fill all the county positions; the county coordinators are to endeavor to fill the town positions and assist the state coordinator to fill the county positions and the town coordinators are to endeavor to fill the committeemen positions and assist the state coordinators to fill the county positions. [large cites are to further divide]

All coordinators can help build the coalition by doing any combination of the following:

(1) Share the web site with family friend’s neighbors and others you meet.
(2) Make up business cards and flyer's with our web site, to pass out or post on store boards
(3) Hand out flyer's with our web site at events
(4)
Visit the tea party/meetup/liberty groups in your county to share our endeavor & web site
(5) Visit the tea party/meetup/liberty groups in your neighboring counties to share our endeavor & web site
(6) Speak at events and rallies sharing our plan and our web site
(7) Share our endeavor by including something like the following in all your email communications

Want to really save the Republic? Go to -  http://takebacktherepublic.net/ [help us go viral]

The numbers “Not so daunting”! - There are 50 States, 3141 US counties, 35,000 US town/cities and about 600,000 voting precincts/districts. Therefore each state has an average of 62 counties, each county has an average of 11 towns/villages/cities and each town has an average of 17 precincts/districts. These numbers reveal that it takes an average of 187 people/county to take 100% control of the committeeman process and in reality we only need to take 51% of 190 to take control: Considering that cities are more densely populated most counties will require less then 100 people to take the process back. For example in New York State Columbia and Green Counties only requires about 65 people to take control whereas Dutchess County needs 249 people.

Obviously if we look to the Liberty Groups alone within our counties we have more than enough people to Take Back the Republic, so it’s just a matter of sharing this information and the committeemen process with them and common sense will prevail.

An Important Strategy - each county is made up of about 2 or 3 assembly districts [because of gerrymandering] and we can run for committeeman in any precinct/district within our assembly district which is about 5 or 6 towns. When a committeeman votes he represents his/her constituents and his/her vote carries the value equal to their constituents (total number of registered [party] voters in your district). Therefore we should identify the largest populated precinct/districts in our assembly district and run for committeemen in that precinct/district.

County Coordinators are responsible for achieving from the county board of elections a complete and up to date list of all registered voters with the walking maps for both parties to distribute to all the committee-men in your county. Make sure the lists are digital and will open in a spread sheet here in NY they gave us a read only file that could not be used for our purpose and we had to threaten them to get a digital copy.

HOW TO ORGANIZE

To Organize Your State you must first identify how many counties are in your state. Google “Your State counties” and you will find a list.

1) Cut and paste that list into a note pad [note pad will remove all the rich text formatting]
2) Cut and paste the list from the note pad and place it in the first column of a spread sheet.

Communications Organization and Consistency are the Keys to Success

Every Organizer should open a county group on our site  http://takebacktherepublic.net/ and if your county is already opened join it: This is extremely important because it will help everyone to identify our county coordinators and comprehend our progress. It will also later help us to organize local meetings.

To Open a County Group - In our main menu, (1) click on the "Community-My Profile", (2) under the application tab click on "Groups"; (3) click on "create"; (4) Name your group Abbreviate your state and name your county, give a brief description, choose the category “County Precinct Activists”, choose order by creation and accept the defaults in the other areas.

Every Organizer should check their in box at  http://takebacktherepublic.net/ everyday and respond to those communicating to you.

Every organizer should within their group collect email addresses and add to them as new members join for mass mailing pertinent information. Unless necessary we should mass email no more then once a week and we must “NEVER” abuse this email list for emailing anything outside of our cause. IMPORTANT NOTE: Your internet provider [STMP] will not allow you to send email to any more than about 30 recipients at a time, therefore you will have to mail only 30 people at a time, use CC to hide addresses.

Every Organizer should welcome each new member by email and phone [if they did not leave a phone# share yours in an email and invite them to call you] as they join and share this pdf with them and encourage them to become involved as a coordinator.

Every Organizer should communicate by e-mail at least once a week to share and encourage participation of upcoming pertinent events.

Every Organizer should become extremely familiar with the contents of our website  http://takebacktherepublic.net/

Every organizer should attend the weekly state meetings on paltalk, when county groups grow large enough they should start their own weekly county meetings on paltalk and at least twice a year physically meet in a central location in your county.

We need to continue to organize even after the committeemen petition process because this process repeats every two years and the next committeemen primary is in 2012.

After a County has Organized one party [democrat or republican] each party member should find in their district a party member opposite to yours that believes we have a constitutional crisis and would like to help Take Back the Republic in their party we should lead them to join http://takebacktherepublic.net/ and help them to take their party back, remember “United We Stand and Divided We Fall”.

After Organizing the State we should meet at least once a year on paltalk and once a year physically in your state capital. We must always stay united in order to never be lulled asleep again to awake to this nightmare again.

After Organizing the Nation we should meet at least once a year on paltalk and once every two years physically in Washington DC., on the lawn of the capital to remind them that “our flag is still there” and of the “Republic for which it stands one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all”!

Every Liberty group should support the endeavors of the others; We should sign the Articles of Freedom http://articlesoffreedom.us/Pledge.aspx and demand of our representatives to:

(1) Appeal the 17th Amendment
(2) Appeal the 16th Amendment
(3) Review all federal dept/agencies and dissolve all that are unconstitutional along with all bills and laws that support such unconstitutional departments.
(4) Protect our boarders
(5) End the Fed
(6) Require of congress to state where in our constitution they have the power to propose a bill.
(7) Rescind all executive orders that claim law and legislation
(8) Provide common law courts
(9) Enforce the Continental Congress’s Articles of Freedom.
(10) Require that all votes have a paper trail and be counted in public [only criminals count in secrete]
(11) Remove all judges that place precedence or foreign law above our constitution
